Our Story.

Light is the source of all life. Where there is light, there is energy, direction, vision, and love. We lead with the mission to provide light to all those we service through our care, communication, and consistency.

Alight Supports, Inc. was established in 2014 with the mission to provide services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are licensed in the District of Columbia to administer services to people in their local communities and natural settings. We are dedicated in the coordination of care in the areas of health, relationships, community integration, safety and security, rights and dignity, socialization, etc.

Meet Our CEO.

Henry Biayemi, PHD, RN

Henry brings over 25 years of comprehensive nursing experience, having served in a variety of leadership and clinical roles including: Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse, Case Manager, and Delegating Nurse, across numerous healthcare organizations in both the DMV metropolitan area and the United Kingdom.

With his extensive background, Henry applies a broad range of clinical skills and strategic approaches to deliver holistic, client-centered care that aligns with Alight Supports’ mission. His deep understanding of the healthcare landscape allows him to design impactful programs and meaningful experiences that enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Henry’s dedication to compassionate care is a driving force behind Alight Supports’ continued commitment to health and wellbeing. He is proud to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share a collective vision of advocacy and excellence in service to our communities.
